Channeled Transmission: Stuck in Darkness, Stuck in Light

Dark-and-LightMy guides have been pinging me a lot lately.  I feel that we are on the verge of big change.  They are bringing me new awareness, and my intuition is increasing.  Moving into greater states of trust is where the challenge lies for most of us.  Moving into trusting the deeper calling of the soul can often bring up resistance.  Life is full of challenge, but life is also full of joy and love.  As I watch information come in from a variety of fronts, I am noticing a lot of polarization.  One thing we have to be careful not to get caught in things being too filled with darkness, nor too filled with light.

So, what does that mean exactly.  We can’t be all “doom and gloom”, but we also can’t be completely “love and light”.  The world is a beautiful mixture of each of these principles.  We do not want to get so stuck in positive thinking that we deny the experiences that are unfolding.  We also do not want to get so trapped in impossibility and darkness that we do not enjoy this life experience.

In the coming weeks I will be posting regarding specific events that are taking place, and will take place in the months/years to come.

We are currently being bombarded by  massive amounts of energy.  The solar flares over the year have increased in intensity, and we have faced a lot of difficult astrological alignments.  Imagine for a moment that we as humans are operating at 100 watts of energy.  The new bombardment of energy is causing us to elevate, awaken, and open up.  We are seeing this in the new awareness being actualized in our response to many of the global changes.  People are also becoming more self-aware of their purpose, their path, and who they truly are.  For others, they are not sure how to respond to the changes.  They are becoming confused, feeling disoriented, and anxious.

Overculture is bombarding humanity with much more distraction than ever.  Technology is becoming much more fantastic and in many ways is taking away even the most simple of actions  from everyone.  When distraction reigns overtakes awakening, or replaces it with a false sense of “true” connection movement halts.  True connection is found in simplicity.  True connection is found in the joy shared by human engagement, true connection is found when pen touches page, true connection is found in conversing not texting/emailing, true connection is found when life is shared through interaction with one another.

Technology can serve a purpose, but do not let the built-in distractions keep you away from true connection and purpose.  Wake up to your life fully.  Give attention to those things that are serving your highest good, recognize joy, find gratitude in the small things.

Do not shy away from the struggle, it serves a purpose.  The closer the sandpaper shaves the wood, the more refined the outcome of creation.  What is shaping you in this moment?  Where are you giving your attention?

This is a beautiful time of challenge and change.  The dark comes with the light, find personal balance in each.

You are Loved.  You are Beautiful.  You are Divine.

Journey into spirit

bibleA lot has been evolving in my life.  Each day brings moments of connection, opportunities to grow, and possibility.  Humanity is in a phase of cleansing.  Our tests are becoming more tangible, and we are being given chances to step into greater moments of grace.

For me, this is a great time to go back to my foundations, my roots, and the earlier moments that I met spirit along the road to here.   Introspection and contemplation are important parts of my spiritual practice.  Taking a look at where I am, finding appreciation and then looking at the doors that are opening up keep me moving.  Intuition comes in and helps me to discern the path, the door, and the experience.   This also causes me to look at the things that I am giving energy to, so that I can see what needs to evolve.

One thing that has been coming up for me over the past few weeks is a focus on my Christian roots.   The Bible in particular has really grabbed my attention and my focus.  I can remember sitting with my Grandmother and hearing the stories she would share from the bible, and it was in those moments that spirit came into presence.  I am going back to this book, and am going to take time to go through it, to read it, to make my own commentary on the text.  I am going to do this with a variety of sacred texts, but for now I am giving my attention to this book.  I know that many have their issues with Christianity and with the Bible in particular, and the beauty of the spiritual experience is that we are all able to take what we need from the spiritual experience and run with it.  I’ll post here some of the encounters I have during this period.  I think it is important to go back to our foundation, to keep it strong, and to grow anew from the nuggets we find buried.  Life has been interesting, and I’ll be posting some of my personal experiences via this blog as well as articles/channeling/and videos.

My personal spiritual practice and what I am offering to clients is also changing and evolving.  I am also planning lots of travel in the coming years, and am putting the manifesting practices to the test in making all of this a reality.

The world has not ended…but everything is changing

imagesWhat a beautifully chaotic time we are living in.  I know that many are struggling at this time.  Struggle is part of the process.  We are entering into a global and personal cleansing.  Life is not meant to be “easy”, but it is meant to be lived… All of it.  The perceived good, the perceived bad.  Everything we move through happens so that we can engage this life experience fully.  We are all experiential beings.  We live in this wonderful 5 sense reality and we are being stimulated with greater frequency.

Right now our stability is being tested.  The ground is not as firm as it use to be, and that is okay.  When we have things taken away from us (jobs, health, money) we are given a chance to move into gratitude.  The same people who use to complain about their jobs prior to the government ‘shutdown’ are now in a different relationship to those jobs.    Another thing that is being offered is the chance to rise above the moment, to tune into your other gifts, and to create a new experience.  Nothing is really as stable as it seems.  As a yoga instructor I know that I am just an injury away from not being able to teach a hardcore yoga class.  I’ve had that tested, and learned to adapt.   We can look at these challenges as opportunities or we can look at them as life pooping on us and sulk away.  I am not saying you shouldn’t feel the emotions that are coming up, just don’t get trapped into the limitation spirals.   Sit with the entirety of the experience.  What is coming up for you emotionally, spiritually, mentally?  What are you resisting?   What needs to be loved in this moment?  What needs to be put on a shelf?

I think too often we as a society get too busy to say a simply thank you to the wonder and mystery of our experience.  We’ve learned to take things for granted, and too often do.  Now is the time to find gratitude for all things big and small.  Find gratitude in your struggle.  It is the sandpaper that is shaping you into something wonderful.

Just remember…..

You are Loved.  You are Beautiful. You are Divine.

Show Up, Breathe, and Reflect

This has been the mantra that has permeated many parts of my life over the past few weeks.  There have been a lot of changes, and more changes are on the way.  I often say that showing up is the hardest part of the spiritual path.  Breathing is the second toughest thing at times.  Life is not getting easier for many, and that is the reality, but how we relate to the transition energy is our responsibility.  The divine is also pinging many of us to do the deeper work, to go beyond our safety zone, and to let go of what is no longer serving us.

Reflecting and contemplation are important parts of the spiritual process.  Deep listening allows us to go into the soul space.  We get to sit with and reflect on our personal truths.  Tuning into our intuition is not about tuning out the drama of life, its learning how to step into it fully…with compassion for all our parts.

I am breathing life into this blog again.  New things are on the horizon, and I hope to bring you along with me on this journey.

I’ll be posting new channeled information, as I am getting a lot of downloads recently.  I am working on some pretty big projects that I’ll also be announcing over the next few weeks.   Travel is picking up, and next year is going to be a year of deeper exploration through travel as well.

When we show up and breathe, we take in the entirety of our life.  The breathe is God, and we are an extension of that divine power.  How beautiful this dance is.

You are Loved.  You are Beautiful.  You are Divine.

Why Study Demonology?

MWVK7“Why study demonology?” is a question I get asked frequently, so I thought I would take a moment to describe my personal reasons for devoting time and energy to the study of the demonic in their many forms.

And before I begin, here is the disclaimer:

These are my personal views, and I am not here to debate them… and no one persona has all the answers (myself included).

I have personally always had an interest in all sides of spirituality.  When I am told that I should stay as far away from Lucifer as possible because of x,y, or z.. my natural curiosity gets piqued and I want to understand why I am to stay away from this being or entity.  I also want to understand what their purpose is, and why they exist.  If there is a reason for everything, what is their reason/purpose?   Some will immediately jump into long diatribes as to the evil the demonic present, but I do not feel that it is that simple.  We are also seeing an influx in interest due to a growing amount of movies, tv programs, books and this interest generates energy towards the creation of new myths, ideas and gives life to these forms.

The study of demonology is not for everyone.  One of the cautions with studying this field is that we do on some level open ourselves up to their energy when we venture down the road of study.  As we study them, they study us.  Having appropriate shielding, psychic protection work, and daily cleansing is recommend.  We have to approach this type of study with respect, and my personal goal is not to prove or disprove existence, but to understand why they exist.  Different cultures will describe the purpose of these beings in different ways, seeing the common threads that run through culture/religion/and society help us to paint a much fuller picture of who and what they are.

As an intuitive consultant it is also my job to be able to help people where they are on their path.  Sometimes the roads we are on brings us into contact with the beings and the more I know the more of service I can be to those in need.  I’ve had to perform exorcism, banishment/clearing

rituals, cleansing, and blessings for clients.  Understanding the layers of the spiritual onion that we need to move through together help us to see more clearly all the moving pieces.  This helps us to engage in discernment, which in turn helps us to reduce fear in these situations.

There are not many people who would venture into the dark.  It requires a special understanding of self, but also and openness and respect for what you might find along the way.  I’ve seen some pretty terrifying things in my studies, but have also had my perceptions and personal beliefs shifted because of what I have learned on this road.  I am currently working on a book about demonology, and will be doing a series of posts over the next couple of weeks on my personal beliefs, theories, and understanding.

If you have had a demonic or diabolic experience and want to share your story with me feel free to contact me via the contact form below.

If you are currently experiencing a haunting/unexplained paranormal or spiritual situation we can set up a consultation to gain perspective.

Distractions

ModernDistractionsCOMICWe live in a fast paced world.  It seems that the more advanced we become the less time we have.  There are so many things around us constantly calling for our attention, and it can be a bit hard to keep up.

Distractions can come in many forms, and at times we allow our distractions to become limitation.  When we give energy to one thing, we are choosing not to give energy to something else.

How much time do you spend on facebook a day?  Do you spend an equal amount of time making actual friends, new connections?  Instead of spending time in Farmville, go out to a farm and actually engage the earth.

Identifying our distractions can be easy, changing the patterns that keep us bound to them can take a bit more work.  If you do not currently keep a journal, I suggest you start one sooner than later.  One way to see where you are surrendering time is to keep a log of how long you spend in meditation, on the computer, working, reading, etc.  Keeping a time log is much like keeping a calorie log.  Until you know where your calories are coming from it is difficult to balance your diet.

One thing that I also encourage is setting spiritual goals.  What is it that you want to create, do, or experience spiritually?  Giving yourself things to work towards allows you the ability to move, but it also allows you to better identify the distractions along the road.  An example of distraction impeding spiritual practice is often seen in mediation.  We decide we want to meditate.  Then we have to go out and buy the meditation books, cushions, just the right meditation music, and all the while we could just start meditating.  Now, I understand it is important to expand knowledge, to get fun tools to assist in our practice, but if the search for “just the right” tools is keeping us from starting our practice, then it becomes a distraction.

Being able to take conscious steps to engage our distractions, moving away from things that are limiting you.  Decide on a place to move towards, and then start moving.

What are your distractions?

What keeps you from showing up to your practice?  What can you do to remove those limitations?

You are loved.  You are Beautiful.  You are Divine

New energy is being birthed at this time.  Many of you are feeling the effects of this new energy.  Your sun is emitting new waves of energy, stronger than many of you might be aware of.  You are all an experiencing influx of this new energy, and many of you that are not aware of it will feel scattered, unsure, and might not have the ability to process it.   Some of you are waking up to new realities, others are choosing to fight the awakening.  You get bound to your distractions and your technology gives you the illusion of connection, and it holds you in manufactured safety.  In the coming years you will see your technology grow beyond anything that imagination can deem possible, but do not be fooled by its offer of connection.  Many of you in this time are awakening to your reality, your true selves are merging with possibility, you seek tangibility, and your human bodies thirst for connection.  This is one of the beautiful things about you as humans, is the connection you share to one another.  Many of you take this connection for granted, you turn away your glances from one another, you do not stop to offer words of joy… we sometimes wonder what you will all do when your technology no longer needs you.  We bring a warning, but we do not want to cause unnecessary fear… YOU are here to birth a new age, to re connect to the spark that is your life, to open to the divine within each other.  Your beauty and your power is in your connection, your community, your power to see one another.  Your technology serves a purpose, but should not be all that you strive for owning, less in the end it owns you.

Do not loose that connection.  The power of touch, the tangibility and the fragility of life, and the essence of all that you are.

You are loved beyond all measure… and for now we leave you in light.

Fasting and Detoxing: Day 1

Life is a fantastic journey.

The past few weeks have been interesting to say the least.  I feel more connected to my own journey and experience but feel that it is time to pull out one of my favorite techniques for going a bit deeper.   We imprint, and we are imprinted constantly by living the human condition.  What we eat, what we think, what we choose to let in, and what we let out imprints on us on many levels.  When we fast we are taking time to let go of distractions, and detoxing is polishing up the pieces that need a bit of attention.

I’ve done a few posts in the past on this topic, and this one is going to be a bit different.  I typically share the details of my fast and detoxing plan, but I am going to hold that part sacred and just for me.   Fasting on many levels is a very sacred action.  We are communing with the soul, and allowing space for growth…. as a teacher, it is also my purpose to help show others that they too have access to these tools and they are there when you need them.

When many people hear the words “fast” or “detox” they immediately jump to food.  This is one aspect of fasting, but in a time and age where distractions are a plenty you can really choose to start anywhere.  You can fast and detox from facebook, from your cell phone, from speaking, from food, from sugar, from candy, from smoking, and the list can really go on and on.

Things change when you begin the process of letting go of distractions, emotions come up, resistance starts barking at you…. have a plan.

Going into a fast or detox without a plan is a good way to set yourself up to not complete your goals.. on,  and have some goals or milestones you want to move toward.

Write your plans in a journal and keep that journal with you.  The fast should challenge you, it should not be something that is too easy, but something that is not going to harm you.  Fasting allows us to see what power we have given away to the distractions in our life… are we mindlessly eating?  are we addicted to being online?  how much power does texting have over you?  can you go without tv for a few days?

When we create space by removing distractions we often begin to see we have more time… we might have more energy… we might find we have more awareness of our surroundings, etc… awareness begins to shift a bit… and this is powerful.

What holds you, and what are you holding onto?

If you are doing a dietary cleanse/detox or fast… Do your research.  Do not jump into it without knowing what you are doing to the body, what you are feeding yourself and the effects of what you are removing can have on your body.  Ex… removing caffeine can often cause headaches, etc.  Allowing your body to detox slowing, doing 1/2 caf, reducing, shifting to teas, etc. can assist with helping you make the transition away.

When you detox you are resetting the body.  Not just the physical body, but we also notice our patterns and habits that might be bound to the food/action.  “I must have that morning cigarette/cup of coffee”…   we hold affirmations that can at times bind us to the actions, not always are those affirmations positive as you can see above…  Keeping a journal of the emotions that come up in the absence of the cup of morning java, can show you a lot about yourself and your patterns.

Fasts can be as short or as long as you want.  Some people can go up to 40 days, others do a  3-7 day experience… One thing that I always like to point out is that there is no such thing as a failed fast.  You start, then you stop.  If you stop before your goal is reached, what caused you to terminate the fast… journaling this will help you to do the internal dialogue necessary to help you the next time you decided to fast/detox.

This is a bit of a ramble post…. and in the future fasting check in, I’ll be posting more of a journal style entry to give you a bit of insight into my process (internal and external) when taking on this sacred practice.

You are Loved.

You are Beautiful.

You are Divine!
