Good morning!

Today let’s make the commitment to commit to our lives more fully.  Stand in your power.  Stand in your presence.  When is the last time you truly focused on the act of breathing?  Take a moment now to just breath.  Bring your hand to your chest. Feel your heartbeat. Feel the rise and fall of your body as you inhale and exhale. Be with the breath. This is the essence of standing in presence and power. Do this a few times a day. This is a very simple act of “in the moment” meditation that you can do.

You do not have to book the session right away.  As long as you purchase the reading while in the window for the reduced rates, you’ll have up to 30 days to schedule your session.  This is a  great opportunity to get in a session, gain some direction and step more fully into your soul purpose.
